For over 100 years, Thursday Musical has provided musical inspiration and education for students.
We encourage developing musicians by sponsoring the Young Artist Program for students at the junior high,
senior high and college level who study music privately. Students are offered both a recital performance on the Afternoon
Recital Series and an opportunity to compete for scholarships in the Young Artist Competition. Winners are recognized
with monetary awards and featured concert performances. Thursday Musical awards as much as $20,000 each year in
total scholarships.
